Group Sound Baths

Group Sound Baths include the option of sharing your intentions privately or within the group, an intro to the experience, sound and other elements (breathing exercises, visualization, the use of essential oils, and more), and the flow of Reiki energy (touch optional and not always included in group sessions), as intuitively guided. Miriam will provide tools that you can apply in your life to continue your healing journey. You’ll have time to integrate the session and the opportunity to ask questions. Wear comfortable clothes that you can relax fully in, you will remain fully clothed throughout the session.

Weekly small groups of 3-6 participants:

Thursday lunch time 12:05- 12:50pm (shows on calendar as 1215-1pm). $35.00/person 

Thursday evenings, 6:15- 7:30pm. $50.00/person

Private groups:

Experience a Sound Bath tailored to you and your loved ones - book into a scheduled group and let Miriam know, or request your own time.

Any combo of 2 people for 90 minutes: $140 - book as an Individual Sound Bath and let Miriam know that you're bringing a friend or family member.

Locations: Studio located in downtown Kingston, or from the comfort of your home for virtual sessions. 

Hours: vary by week. Mon 11am-7pm, Weds 130-815pm, Thu 130-815pm
