Individual Sound Baths

Individual Sound Baths include an introductory conversation including your intention for session and desired outcomes, sound and other elements (breathing exercises, visualization, the use of essential oils, and more), and the flow of Reiki energy (touch optional), as intuitively guided. Miriam will create a treatment plan with you and provide tools that you can apply in your life to continue your healing journey. You’ll have time to integrate the session and the opportunity to ask questions. Wear comfortable clothes that you can relax fully in, you will remain fully clothed throughout the session. 

Locations: Studio located in downtown Kingston, or from the comfort of your home for virtual sessions. Tuesdays at Natural Route Health in Kingston's West End.

Hours: vary by week. Mon 11am-7pm, Weds 130-815pm, Thu 130-815pm
